Version v1.0 · Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Risk Disclosure applies to all products and services offered by ZynAlgo Global LLC under the ZynAlgo and IndicatorAssets brands. Please read it carefully before using any ZynAlgo product. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Trading financial instruments is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and do not treat any tool, backtest, signal, or example on this site as financial advice.
1. Introduction and scope
This Risk Disclosure (the "Disclosure") applies to all products and services offered by ZynAlgo Global LLC ("ZynAlgo," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") under the ZynAlgo and IndicatorAssets brands, including indicators, strategies, expert advisors, automation tools, templates, educational content, and community services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the risks described below.
2. Not financial advice; no advisory relationship
ZynAlgo is not a broker, dealer, investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, portfolio manager, or fiduciary, and provides software and educational tools only. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
3. General trading risk
Trading and investing in financial instruments, including stocks, forex, futures, options, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies, carry a high level of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Trading is not suitable for every person, and you should carefully consider your objectives, experience, and risk tolerance before trading.
4. Leverage and margin risk
Many markets allow trading on leverage or margin, which can significantly amplify both gains and losses. A relatively small market movement may result in a proportionately larger impact on your funds, and you may lose more than your initial deposit in some markets. You are responsible for understanding the margin and leverage terms of your broker and market.
5. Market, volatility, and liquidity risk
Markets can be highly volatile and can move rapidly against you. Prices may gap, and orders may be filled at prices different from those expected (slippage). During periods of low liquidity or high volatility, you may be unable to enter or exit positions at desired prices. Past market behavior does not predict future behavior.
6. Software and technical risk
Our indicators, strategies, and tools are software and may contain errors, defects, or inaccuracies. They rely on historical and real-time data that may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. We do not warrant that any tool will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable. Signals and outputs are informational only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading decision.
7. Automation and expert-advisor risk
Expert advisors, automated strategies, and other automation tools execute on your own account and Third-Party Platform, under your sole control and responsibility. Automated systems carry additional risks, including software bugs, incorrect configuration, connectivity or power failures, server or VPS outages, unexpected market conditions, and unintended orders. Automated tools require monitoring and should never be left fully unattended. You are responsible for testing, configuring, supervising, and, where appropriate, disabling any automation you use.
8. Platform and data-dependency risk
The Services depend on Third-Party Platforms and data sources, including TradingView, MT4, MT5, NinjaTrader, brokers, and data feeds, which we do not control. Outages, latency, data errors, feature changes, deprecations, or discontinuations of these platforms may affect the availability, accuracy, or functionality of our tools. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or reliability of Third-Party Platforms or brokers.
9. Hypothetical and backtested performance
Any backtested, simulated, or hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual trading record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and are prepared with the benefit of hindsight. Because the trades were not actually executed, results may under- or over-compensate for factors such as liquidity, slippage, latency, and fees. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Actual results will differ, potentially materially.
10. No guarantee of results
We make no guarantee or representation that you will earn any profit or avoid any loss. Any examples, signals, or educational scenarios are illustrative only. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your decisions, discipline, capital, risk management, broker, and market conditions.
11. Cryptocurrency and digital-asset risk
Cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets are especially volatile and may be subject to sudden and extreme price swings, limited liquidity, security and custody risks, network failures, and evolving and uncertain regulation. You may lose the entire value of a digital-asset position. Trade digital assets only with a full understanding of these risks.
12. Educational content
Educational materials are provided for general informational purposes only and do not take into account your personal circumstances. They are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation.
13. Artificial intelligence outputs
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading and must not be relied upon as financial or professional advice. Verify any AI output independently before acting on it.
14. Your responsibility and suitability
Before trading, you should seek advice from an independent, licensed financial professional if you have any doubt about the suitability of a product or strategy for you. You are solely responsible for determining whether any trade or tool is appropriate for your circumstances, for complying with the rules of your broker and jurisdiction, and for the tax treatment of your activity.
15. Jurisdictional restrictions
The Services may not be appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services and your trading activity comply with the laws and regulations applicable to you, including any sanctions or export-control restrictions described in our Terms of Service.
16. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
By using the Services, you knowingly assume all risks associated with trading and with the use of our tools. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and as further set out in our Terms of Service, ZynAlgo and its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
17. Changes to this disclosure
We may update this Disclosure from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclosure, to the extent permitted by law.
