Version v1.0 · Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Community Guidelines govern participation in the ZynAlgo and IndicatorAssets community channels, including Discord and Telegram. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Participation is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time.

1. Introduction and scope

These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") apply to all community spaces operated by ZynAlgo Global LLC ("ZynAlgo," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") under the ZynAlgo and IndicatorAssets brands, including our Discord servers, Telegram groups and channels, and any other community forum we operate (collectively, the "Community"). By joining or participating in the Community, you agree to these Guidelines. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.

2. Purpose of the community

The Community exists to help members discuss our products, share ideas, ask questions, and learn. It is a space for respectful, on-topic, and lawful interaction. It is not a place for financial advice, solicitation, piracy, or abuse.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must meet the age requirement in our Terms of Service and comply with the rules of the underlying platform (such as Discord or Telegram). We may restrict access to certain channels to customers or to specific membership tiers, and we may remove anyone at our discretion.

4. Expected conduct

We expect every member to:

  • treat others with respect and courtesy;
  • keep discussions on-topic and in the appropriate channels;
  • follow instructions from moderators and staff;
  • respect the intellectual property and privacy of others; and
  • comply with these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, and the rules of the underlying platform.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited in the Community and may result in immediate removal and further action:

  • harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, bullying, or personal attacks;
  • spam, unsolicited advertising, self-promotion, or solicitation of other members;
  • piracy and IP abuse, including sharing, requesting, or linking to cracked, nulled, leaked, or unauthorized copies of our products, license keys, or source code, or discussing how to circumvent our licensing (see Section 7);
  • account or license sharing, or offering to sell, transfer, or rent access;
  • impersonation of ZynAlgo, its staff, moderators, or other members;
  • scams, phishing, fraud, pump-and-dump schemes, or selling signals or copy-trading;
  • giving or soliciting financial, investment, or legal advice, or holding yourself out as an advisor;
  • illegal content, malware, or harmful links, and sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable material;
  • doxxing or sharing another person’s private information without consent;
  • disruption, including ban evasion, alternate accounts, backseat moderating, and deliberate off-topic flooding; and
  • spreading false or misleading statements about ZynAlgo, its products, or its staff.

6. No financial advice in the community

Content shared in the Community, whether by staff, moderators, or members, is for general and educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Opinions expressed by members are their own and do not represent ZynAlgo. Trading involves substantial risk, as explained in our Risk Disclosure. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

7. Anti-piracy and intellectual-property enforcement

Our products are protected by copyright and other laws and are licensed on a strict one-License-per-person basis. Within the Community, you must not:

  • share, distribute, upload, or link to cracked, nulled, patched, or otherwise unauthorized copies of our products;
  • share, sell, or request license keys, credentials, or activation bypasses;
  • post or request our source code, or discuss reverse engineering or circumvention of our protections; or
  • assist, encourage, or facilitate any of the above.

We treat piracy and license abuse with zero tolerance. In addition to removal from the Community, violations may result in immediate termination of your account and License without refund, and we may pursue takedowns (including under the DMCA), report offenders, and take legal action. If you become aware of piracy, please report it to [email protected].

8. Enforcement and consequences

Moderation is at our sole discretion, and we are not obligated to warn you before acting. Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, and regardless of tier, we may issue warnings, mute, kick, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban a member, remove content, and, where the conduct also breaches our Terms of Service, suspend or terminate the member’s account and License. The following table is illustrative only:

SeverityExamplesTypical action
MinorOff-topic posts, mild spam, first-time slipsWarning or temporary mute
SeriousHarassment, solicitation, scams, repeated violationsKick or temporary ban, content removal
SeverePiracy, license sharing, threats, illegal content, ban evasionImmediate permanent ban; possible account and License termination; legal action

9. Reporting violations

If you see conduct that violates these Guidelines, please report it to a moderator or email [email protected] with relevant details, such as usernames, links, screenshots, and timestamps. We review reports at our discretion and may take action without disclosing the outcome.

10. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may contact [email protected] to request a review. Appeals are considered at our sole discretion, and our decisions are final. We are under no obligation to reinstate access.

11. Your content in the community

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant ZynAlgo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content in connection with operating and promoting the Community and the Services. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it. We may remove or retain content at our discretion, including to comply with law or enforce these Guidelines.

12. Third-party platforms

The Community operates on third-party platforms, including Discord and Telegram, which have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, security, data handling, or actions. Your use of them is also governed by their rules.

13. Privacy

Our handling of information you share in the Community is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not share your own or others’ sensitive personal information in the Community. Content you post may be visible to other members and is not private.

14. Bots, automation, and scraping

You must not deploy unauthorized bots, automation, scrapers, or data-collection tools in the Community, and you must not harvest member information. Only bots and integrations approved by us are permitted.

15. No liability

The Community is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, and as further set out in our Terms of Service, ZynAlgo is not responsible for member conduct, member content, or any interactions or transactions between members. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own dealings with other members.

16. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these Guidelines at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
