Our AI features and automation tools are assistive only. They may be inaccurate, may fail, and are not financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing their outputs and for supervising any automation. This Disclaimer forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.

AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not financial or professional advice. Automated tools run on your own account under your control and can fail; they require monitoring and should never be left fully unattended.

1. Introduction and scope

This AI & Automation Disclaimer (the "Disclaimer") applies to all artificial-intelligence features and automated tools provided by ZynAlgo Global LLC ("ZynAlgo," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") under the ZynAlgo and IndicatorAssets brands, including our AI support assistant, and our indicators, strategies, expert advisors, and other automation tools (together, the "AI and Automation Features"). By using any AI and Automation Feature, you accept this Disclaimer. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.

2. What this covers

The AI and Automation Features include: (a) an AI support assistant that generates automated responses to help with questions and support; and (b) automated trading tools, including expert advisors, automated strategies, and other automation that operate on your own accounts and Third-Party Platforms.

3. AI outputs may be inaccurate

Our AI support assistant uses automated and machine-learning technology that can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or misleading responses, sometimes with apparent confidence (often called "hallucinations"). AI outputs are generated automatically and do not represent the Company’s statements, advice, or guarantees. You must not rely on AI outputs without independently verifying them.

4. Not financial or professional advice

No output of any AI and Automation Feature constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. As stated in our Terms of Service, ZynAlgo is not a broker, investment advisor, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

5. No guarantee of accuracy, availability, or results

We do not warrant that the AI and Automation Features will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or profitable, or that they will meet your requirements. Features may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We make no guarantee of any trading result or financial outcome.

6. Human oversight and escalation

The AI support assistant is intended to assist, not to replace, human judgment. Where appropriate, you may request escalation to a human by contacting [email protected]. You remain responsible for evaluating any information provided and for the actions you take.

7. How the AI works; third-party providers

Our AI features may be powered in whole or in part by third-party AI providers. Your inputs and relevant context may be processed to generate responses, and conversations may be logged for quality, safety, security, audit, and abuse-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the underlying behavior of third-party AI models beyond our reasonable configuration of them.

8. Your inputs and responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you submit to the AI features. Do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential third-party information into AI prompts. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide, and you must not use the AI features to violate any law or the rights of others.

9. Automated trading and expert-advisor risk

Expert advisors, automated strategies, and other automation tools execute on your own account and Third-Party Platform, under your sole control and responsibility. Automation carries significant risk, including software errors, incorrect configuration, connectivity or power failures, server or VPS outages, latency, data errors, and unexpected market conditions, any of which can result in unintended orders and losses.

Automated tools must be monitored and should never be left fully unattended. You are responsible for testing, configuring, supervising, and, where appropriate, promptly disabling any automation you use. This Section should be read together with our Risk Disclosure.

10. No autonomous action on your behalf

We do not execute trades for you, do not manage your funds, and do not exercise discretionary control over any trading account. Any automation runs because you have installed, configured, connected, and enabled it on your own account. The decision to use, adjust, or stop any automation is yours alone.

11. Configuration, testing, and backtesting

You are responsible for correctly configuring and testing any automation before and during live use. Any backtested or simulated results have inherent limitations, are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, and do not represent actual trading or predict future results, as further explained in our Risk Disclosure.

12. Third-party platform dependency

The AI and Automation Features depend on Third-Party Platforms and data sources, including TradingView, MT4, MT5, NinjaTrader, brokers, and data feeds, which we do not control. Outages, latency, data errors, feature changes, or discontinuations of these platforms may affect the availability, accuracy, or behavior of the Features, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Third-Party Platforms or brokers.

13. Prohibited uses

When using the AI and Automation Features, you must not:

• attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or bypass safety or usage controls, or to extract underlying prompts, models, or training data;
• use the Features to generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content;
• reverse engineer the Features or use their outputs to build or train a competing product or model;
• misrepresent AI outputs as professional advice or as originating from a licensed advisor; or
• overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Features or related systems.

14. Intellectual property in AI outputs

AI outputs are provided "as is," and we make no representation or warranty regarding their originality, accuracy, or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on or using it and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights. Our underlying software, models configuration, and materials remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and as further set out in our Terms of Service, ZynAlgo and its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on, or use of, the AI and Automation Features, including any trading losses, unintended orders, missed opportunities, or errors in AI outputs. You assume all risk associated with the use of the AI and Automation Features.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZynAlgo and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the AI and Automation Features, your reliance on their outputs, or your breach of this Disclaimer or any law.

17. Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the AI and Automation Features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
