Refund Policy

Version v1.0 · Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Refund Policy explains our all-sales-final policy, the limited exceptions, and how we handle payment disputes and chargebacks, including those raised through Stripe or your card issuer. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Introduction and scope
This Refund Policy (the "Policy") applies to all purchases of digital products and services from ZynAlgo Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("ZynAlgo," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), made under the ZynAlgo and IndicatorAssets brands and the domains zynalgo.com, app.zynalgo.com, indicatorassets.com, zynalgo.net, and zynassets.com (collectively, the "Services"). By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
2. All sales are final
Our products are digital goods that are delivered instantly and that provide immediate access to software, indicators, strategies, expert advisors, automation tools, templates, educational content, and community and licensing features. Because these products are delivered and accessible immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except for the limited exceptions in Section 6 or where a refund is required by mandatory law.
This no-refund policy applies to memberships (including VIP, Elite, and Ultimate), lifetime licenses (including Founder, Sovereign, and Legacy), one-time products, add-ons, renewals, and cryptocurrency purchases.
3. Why we maintain a no-refund policy
Digital products cannot be returned once delivered or accessed, and access, once granted, cannot be revoked without the risk that the product has already been used, copied, or benefited from. For this reason, and to protect against fraud and abuse, we operate a strict no-refund policy. At checkout, you expressly acknowledge and consent that the product is delivered immediately and that you are waiving any right to a refund to the extent permitted by law.
4. Cryptocurrency payments
Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible once confirmed on the applicable blockchain and are non-refundable. Where, in our sole discretion or as required by law, a refund of a cryptocurrency payment is nonetheless issued, it may be provided in the U.S. Dollar equivalent determined by us at the time of the original transaction, less any network, processing, or conversion costs. We are not responsible for losses arising from cryptocurrency price volatility, incorrect wallet addresses, or network errors.
5. Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and cancellation
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date, and we recommend cancelling at least seven (7) days before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time, downgrades, or early cancellation. Failed payments may result in suspension as described in the Terms of Service.
6. Limited exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion or where required by law, consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: where you were charged more than once in error, or charged an incorrect amount, and this is verified in our records.
- Proven non-delivery caused by us: where a technical fault attributable to us prevented delivery or access and we were unable to remedy it within a reasonable time after you contacted support. Temporary outages, interruptions, maintenance, delays, third-party service failures, software bugs, feature limitations, trading results, compatibility issues, or performance expectations do not constitute non-delivery and do not qualify for a refund.
- Verified unauthorized transactions: where a payment is confirmed to have been made fraudulently without the account holder’s authorization (see Section 9.7).
- Mandatory legal rights: where a non-waivable statutory refund or withdrawal right applies to your purchase (see Section 7).
To be considered, a request under this Section must be submitted to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the charge, together with the order details and supporting evidence. Any refund granted outside these circumstances is a discretionary goodwill gesture, is not an admission or waiver, and does not create a right to future refunds.
6.1 Refund eligibility at a glance
| Situation | Refund? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Digital product delivered or accessed | No | All sales final once access or download has begun. |
| Membership already renewed | No | Cancel before renewal; no partial or prorated refunds. |
| Lifetime license | No | Non-refundable once activated. |
| Cryptocurrency payment | No | Final and irreversible on-chain. |
| Duplicate or erroneous charge | Yes | Refunded once verified in our records. |

| Refund required by mandatory law | Yes | To the extent legally required and non-waivable. |
7. Consumer rights (EU/EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions)
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within fourteen (14) days. However, by purchasing and obtaining immediate access to digital Content, you expressly request that we begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access or download has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Where a mandatory refund right nonetheless applies and cannot be waived, it is unaffected by this Policy; contact [email protected] to exercise it.
8. How to request a refund or raise an issue
If you have any problem with a purchase, contact us first at [email protected] before taking any other action. Please include your account email, order or invoice number, date and amount of the charge, and a description of the issue. We will review your request in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. Contacting support is faster than a bank dispute and allows us to resolve most issues, including access problems, directly.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
9.1 Contact us before disputing
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or through Stripe, you agree to first contact [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Most disputes arise from resolvable issues such as an unrecognized billing descriptor, a forgotten renewal, or an access problem, all of which we can usually fix quickly.
9.2 Chargeback abuse
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase that was delivered and made accessible to you, without first contacting us, is a breach of our Terms of Service and may constitute chargeback abuse (also known as "friendly fraud"). This includes disputing a charge for a digital product you received, a subscription that renewed under terms you accepted, or a purchase you made and then changed your mind about.
9.3 Consequences of an improper chargeback
If you initiate an improper chargeback, we may, to the extent permitted by law:
- immediately suspend or terminate your License and Account and revoke access to all Services;
- forfeit any related affiliate commissions and disable affiliate participation;
- place your account, email, and payment identifiers on a permanent block list to prevent future purchases; and
- pursue recovery of the disputed amount and related costs as described below.
9.4 We contest illegitimate disputes
We actively monitor and respond to disputes. Where we believe a dispute is illegitimate, we will submit a full evidence package to Stripe and the relevant card networks to contest it (a process known as representment) and to demonstrate that the product was ordered, delivered, and accessed under terms you accepted. The card networks’ rules ultimately govern the outcome of a dispute, and we comply with those rules.
9.5 Recovery of amounts and costs
Where a chargeback is later reversed in our favor or is found to be improper, you remain responsible for the amount owed. We may recover the disputed amount, any chargeback or dispute fees charged to us, and reasonable administrative and collection costs, and we may use third-party collection services to the extent permitted by law.
9.6 Reinstatement
Access that was terminated because of a chargeback may be reinstated only at our discretion and only after the disputed amount, together with any fees, has been repaid in full.
9.7 Genuinely unauthorized transactions
If you believe a charge was truly unauthorized, for example because your card or account was used fraudulently by someone else, contact [email protected] immediately. We take payment fraud seriously, will investigate promptly, will cooperate with you and your card issuer, and will issue a refund where fraud is confirmed.
10. Evidence and records we maintain
To resolve disputes fairly and to support the representment of illegitimate chargebacks, we maintain detailed records for each transaction, consistent with our Privacy Policy and retention standards. These records may include:
- order, invoice, and payment records, including the billing descriptor presented to you;
- timestamped acceptance of the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy at checkout;
- IP address, device, and location metadata associated with the purchase and account;
- License activation records and product access, download, and usage logs;
- support and AI-assistant communications relating to the purchase; and
- affiliate attribution data and email confirmations.
We generally retain these records for up to seven (7) years, and longer where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Fraud and abuse
Repeated refund requests, coordinated chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, and other abuse of this Policy are prohibited and may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of Licenses and commissions without refund, and referral to law-enforcement or card-network fraud programs where appropriate.
12. No waiver
Our decision to grant a refund, waive a fee, or not enforce a provision of this Policy in any instance does not waive our right to enforce this Policy in any other instance and does not create a course of dealing or any right to future refunds.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
