Do I need a ZynAlgo indicator as well?
Yes. Automation executes the signals; the signals come from a ZynAlgo indicator running on your TradingView chart. Buy the indicator on its own or get it through a membership — Automation is sold separately from both.
What else do I need to run it?
A TradingView plan with webhook alerts (Pro or higher), a MetaTrader 4 or 5 account — start on demo — and ideally a VPS so the EA runs 24/7. For crypto you only need a Binance or Bybit account; no EA or VPS.
How many trading accounts can I connect?
Each plan includes a license for one MetaTrader account. Need more? Contact [email protected].
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
Automation keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, then the license stops executing new signals. Your open trades and broker stop losses stay as they are.
Can I move from monthly to lifetime later?
Yes — they are two separate plans. Buy Lifetime whenever you like and cancel the monthly plan so it does not renew. Monthly payments are not credited toward Lifetime.
Can I get a refund?
Automation plans are final sale, which is why the full setup guides are available before you go live and why we recommend testing on a demo account first. The monthly plan is the easiest way to try it with a small commitment.
Does Automation guarantee profits?
No. Automation executes the signals you choose with the risk you set; it does not change the outcome of a signal. Start with a small risk per trade and watch it on demo before trading live.
What does paying with crypto cover?
The crypto discount applies to one-time purchases — lifetime plans and marketplace products. Pay in a supported stablecoin at checkout and the discounted price is applied automatically. Monthly and yearly plans are not eligible: a subscription has to be charged again each period, which a wallet payment cannot do.
